Job Title: Lead- Upstream Cell Culture
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. / M.Tech/ M.Sc Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology
Experience: 7-10 years
Job Description:
- Build and lead upstream team of 15 Personnel for fed-batch and per-fusion processes.
- Responsible for carrying out of upstream operations for commercial manufacturing, clinical manufacturing and development/scale-up batches.
- Planning and execution as per the manufacturing deliverable's
- Track and Review performance of cell culture manufacturing facility.
- Compliance and Audit handling for global regulatory audits including USFDA, EMA and others.
Desired Profile
- Proficient in cell culture processes, handling of disposable and stainless steel Bioreactors,
- Trouble shooting of equipment/process issues, good knowledge in automation, knowledge/experience on design and functioning of bioprocess equipment,
- Sound knowledge on QMS and regulatory guidelines, understanding of support functions for manufacturing, experience in facing audits
