Job Title: Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance

Job Description:

• Maintain MSS and SSOP up to date and training of operators
• To carry out all activities in relation to plant sanitation compliance
• To conduct cleaning verification inspections and ensure high standards of hygiene and sanitation
• Carry out audits like daily sanitation audit, S&H audit, glass audit, Golden Gemba and close the findings
• Manage the Pest management activities of the factory including trend analysis, periodic audits and trouble shooting
• Creates and maintains all food safety, Quality records/reports and lead document review process
• Verify and Monitor Plant Sanitation and Hygiene requirements
• Keep all plant food safety and quality related documents up to date.
• Monitor GMP and Sanitation hygiene standards in the manufacturing plant
• Lead the HACCP team and develop HACCP of all existing and new products
• Manage pest control activities of the site
• Data entry into the software 

Qualification : B.Sc in Microbiologist / BTech in Food Technology

Experience : 0-3 Years in quality function of a food industry

Required Competencies:

• Should have “attention to detail”
• Should have the ability to prioritize and manage the work in time
• Excellent knowledge in Food safety, Microbiology, Pest management, HACCP
• Should have good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have an exposure to Quality Management systems like HACCP, BRC
• Experience in controlling/implementing/maintaining Plant sanitation activities
