1.Molecular Biologist (Human/Plant)
Responsible for research activities and diagnostic procedures in molecular lab. Protocol design, development of standard operating protocols, Utilization of resources, training genetic technologists and research assistants, writing research proposals, teaching students.
QUALIFICATION
Ph.D in molecular genetics
EXPERIENCE
5 years of strong experience in molecular laboratories is a must. Ability to develop and design experiments, trouble shoot, analytical and teaching skills desired. Should be resourceful, knowledgeable and should have good abilities to work in a team
2.Research associate (Molecular/Biochemical genetics and Cytogenetics)
Assist Director and manager in Research projects/cases, literature search, protocol development and reporting.
QUALIFICATION
M.Sc in life sciences with Genetics major.
EXPERIENCE
2 years of research experience is a must. A good team player who is flexible, resourceful and knowledgeable in basic genetics is preferred
3. Genetic Technologist (Oncogenetics)
Receive and accept molecular samples, Processing of the samples as per standard operating protocols, DNA/RNA procedures, PCR, assist in research activities and projects
QUALIFICATION
B.Sc/M.Sc in life sciences with Genetics or Microbiology major
EXPERIENCE
2 years of strong experience in molecular technologies is a must
4. Faculty
Course material design, scheduling, teaching, handling lab sessions, counseling students, library building, inter-departmental coordination, defining and coordinating projects, preparation of faculty material and student material.
QUALIFICATION
M.Sc or Ph.D in life sciences
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of teaching experience with knowledge of laboratory genetic technologies. Presentable personality with good communication skills is must.
