- Creating awareness for our products by conducting scientific programs.
- Handle customer Complaints and close them with in stipulated time.
- Visit customer site to handle complaints.
- Compliances to SOPs
- To take Analyze Customer feedback.
Eligibility : B.Tech/ M.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry.
Experience : 0-2 yrs
