Central Food Technological Research Institute(CFTRI), Mysore (A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial research, New Delhi) came into existence during 1950 with the great vision of its founders, and a network of inspiring as well as dedicated scientists who had a fascination to pursue in-depth research and development in the areas of food science and technology.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for 5 [Five] positions of Project Assistant Level – II on a temporary contractual basis funded by CSIR in the research projects of XII five year plan “New Initiatives to Boost Agriculture Productivity Through Maximizing Pre and Post-harvest Yields (BSC-0105, Agropathy)” at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore.

Desired Profile : First Class M.Sc. in any of the following subject areas: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioscience, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, Botany, Zoology or similar subjects or First Class M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering or
similar subjects.
Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/- per month (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) consolidated.
