Job Description :
- Devising and conducting experiments.
- Processing and Analyzing results and data.
- Communicating results to the research team and supervisor.
- Exploring results using scientific published data to develop new techniques, products or practices for commercial applications.
- Presenting ongoing work and findings to colleagues during review meetings.
- Carrying out literature survey to update, upgrade, and improve research techniques and methodologies.
- Teaching, demonstrating or supervising trainee chemist/scientist and training other members of staff (depending on seniority of particular scientist).
- Devising new methodologies and techniques to explore commercially viable technologies at market competing cost.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams (across different across different functions of the business).
- Work as per the given standard operating protocols to maintain the laboratory discipline and to have a better working culture.
- Maintain lab research records as per the given standard format and preserve them for future application.
