This would be state of the art injection manufacturing facility to cater to regulated markets. The facility is planned for manufacturing of Liquid Vials, Lyophilised, products, Pre-filled syringes and cartridge products.

Qualification: BSc / MSc in Microbiology
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Description:
- Should have knowledge for the autoclave / DHS/ Tunnel / LAF qualification.
- Should have thorough knowledge in microbial testing for Sterility/ Endotoxin test/ Microbial Limit Test/ Antimicrobial preservative effectiveness testing as per current Pharmacopeia.
- Should have thorough knowledge to the media fill simulation, Aseptic Area qualification, personal qualification for aseptic entry.
- Should have thorough knowledge of the water system (Purified water/ WFI and Pure steam qualification and routine monitoring.
- Should have faced USFDA/ UK MHRA / TGA at least 1 time.
