Job Description :

• Organizational and computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work, with the ability to multitask.
• Unyielding integrity and Detail oriented.
• Strong Internal/external client interfacing skills, communication across global locations.
• Excellent communication skills (International English).

• International calling experience preferred.
• Good negotiation and decision making skills.
• To be Customer Centric.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to take the initiative to research further if necessary.
• Self-motivated, strong commitment and result oriented.
• High energy and be open minded to change and have the ability to learn new tasks.
