Job Description :

• reviews the documentation contained in patient's medical records and translates the same into universally accepted, industry standard medical codes. These codes are used to submit claims to third party payers, and to gather statistical information.
• Candidates should have good communication & analytical skills and should be good at Medical Terminology (Physiology and Anatomy).
