Each IISER is an autonomous institution awarding its own Masters and Doctoral degrees.
Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:
- Position : Research Associate
- Project : Role of network topology in the generation of coordinated neuronal activity
- Funding agency : Wellcome Trust–DBT India Alliance
- Desired Profile :PhD Biology
- Preference : Candidates with experience in scientific computation and analysis of dynamical systems.
- Requirement : The project will require a keen interest in addressing problems in Neuroscience. The tools include the ability to simulate and analyze networks of dynamical systems. Candidate must have experience with numerical solutions of differential equations and analytical techniques employed in studying dynamical systems, as evidenced from peer reviewed publications
- Fellowship : Rs. 40000/- per month + 20% HRA as per the norms of the funding agency.

- The print out of the application form sent by email signed and dated by the applicant alongwith recent passport size photograph and photocopies of relevant certificates and other testimonials in support of age, qualification, experience etc. will be collected at the time of interview. Applicant must bring all the original certificates at the time of interview for the purpose of verification, along with one set of photocopies.
