UGC & DBT sponsored National Seminar cum Workshop on
Microbial Genomics and Proteomics
February 18-20, 2015
Preamble : The seminar cum Workshop will provide required theoretical and hands on training in the field of Microbial Genomics and Proteomics, where the participants will be trained with the experiments like PCR, Primer Designing, Multiple Sequencing Alignment and a glimpse on Second Generation and Third Generation Sequencing technologies. Live Demo on 2D Gel electrophoresis, MALDI-ToF/ToF analysis, Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy and Real Time PCR Analysis will also be given to the participants during the workshop.
Level of Participants : Young academicians/scientists/research scholars and PG students students from academic, scientific and industrial setups working or desirous of working in the areas of Biotechnology, Computational Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and various other branches of Life Sciences are invited to attend the seminar cum workshop.
Registration Fee :
- Rs 1500/- for students
- Rs 2500/- for academicians/scientists
The registration fee includes workshop material and food for all the three days of the workshop. The selected candidates
upon intimation may send the DD for the amount specified
