JRF opening in Department of Plant Molecular Biology, Delhi University

The University of Delhi is a public central university located in Delhi, India. It is wholly funded by the Government of India. Established in 1922, it offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The University of Delhi is a premier institute of higher education in India. It was established in 1922 as a unitary, teaching and residential university by an Act of the Central Legislative Assembly. Five departments namely chemistry, geology, Zoology, sociology and history have been awarded the status of the Centres of Advanced Studies.

Applications are invited for the following position in the DBT funded project under the guidance of Dr. Girdhar K. Pandey, Dept. of Plant molecular biology, UDSC, New Delhi. The duration of project is for three years and emoluments will be given as per Govt. of India rules. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. 

• Position :Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• No of Post : Two
• Qualification : 1st class M.Sc. (preferably in life sciences /Biochemistry). NET/GATE qualified.
• Fellowship : Rs. 12,000/- + 30% HRA  pm
