The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) has been established by the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi as an Autonomous Institute, under the Societies Registration Act - 1860, at New Delhi. ILBS has been given the status of Deemed University by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The mission of ILBS is to become a dedicated international centre of excellence for the diagnosis, management and advanced training and research in the field of liver and biliary diseases.

The hard copy along with the age proof certificate should reach by post to the Associate Dean, Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS), D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, 110070 on or before 5:00 PM of 30th November, 2014
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded even in case of his/her application is rejected. The filled in applications received after the prescribed date and time shall not be considered
