NBAIM stands for National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms. It was established through a project sponsored by agricultural Research and Education and Ministry of Agriculture. The foundation year of NBAIM is 2001. The main aim of NBAIM is to improve the productivity of Agriculture by taking care of agriculturally important microorganisms (AIMs).
- Project Name : Bio-prospecting of microbes from different agro-ecological niches for promotion of low-input green technology for sustainable and organic farming in Eco-Agriculture

- No of Post : One
- Stipend : Rs. 16,000 + HRA per month for for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 18,000 + HRA per month for for 3rd year
- Desired Profile : M.Sc. or M.Sc. Ag with specialization in Microbiology, Plant Pathology, Biotechnology or Soil Microbiology
- Preferred : Working experience in Bio-formulation.
- Project Name : For Priority Setting, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.
- Position : SRF

- Stipend : Rs. 16,000 + HRA per month for for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 18,000 + HRA per month for for 3rd year
- Desired Profile : Post Graduate Botany/Microbiology/ Agricultural Sciences/ Biotechnology /Equivalent
- Preferred : Knowledge of Computer.
Terms and Conditions: Maximum age limit is 35 years for SRF (relaxation in age as per GOI/ ICAR norms);The services of the appointed candidate will be terminated automatically after the expiry of the project or completion of period of appointment indicated in the offer, whichever is earlier and the candidate will have no legal right, whatsoever, for further absorption/re-employment in concerned project/NBAIM/ICAR; Candidates must produce all the original certificates at the time of interview; No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview; Canvassing in any form will be considered as disqualification.
