Job Title: QA Officer
Job Description:
- Preparation & Review of Class B Documents (SOP & MFR).
- Handling Process Nonconformance & tracking.
- Batch Initiation & Issuance & record maintenance.
- Daily IPQA Report & Rejection Report of production area elisa, & Antisera
- Line clearance & System Release of dispatch area elisa& Antisera
- To monitor hygiene of personnel working in the manufacturing area. (elisa& Antisera)
- To check Identification Traceability of the product & components maintained.
- Quality Records (BMR) compilation & Review then BRC preparation for elisa, Rapid & Antisera.
- Maintenance of Control Sample Records & Withdrawn Samples.
- As per instruction of In-charge QA.
- Document Issuance & Retrieval.
- IPQA Rapid Section.
- Any other work assigned by your Reporting Manager/Seniors diligently and promptly.
- The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time
Eligibility: BSc, MSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology
Experience: 2-4 years
