Job Description:
Principal Responsibilities:
- Sampling & analysis of bulk samples, process validation samples & finished products and the documentation of the analysis carried out.
- Analysis of raw materials and working standards as and when required.
- Analysis of sample of stability studies and trial experimental batch.
- Maintaining of line clearance records.
- Calibration of Instruments as per schedule, maintaining log books of Instruments.
- Checking the dispensing of raw materials for manufacturing of products and its documentation.
- Collecting finished products for analysis and control samples and its documentation.
- Day to day analysis of Purified water & analysis of MIDC water as per schedule allocated.
- HPLC analysis of raw materials, finished products and samples for stability studies.
- Calibration of HPLC instrument & maintaining of the log book.
- To carry out Analytical Method Validation.
Subsidiary Responsibilities:
- To check the line when product changeover takes place and packing plan Line clearance and record of the same.
- Preparation and maintenance of records of line clearance.
- Carry out IPQC checks and its documentation of ointment and cream manufacturing lines
- Calibration of Instruments.
- Preparation and maintaining of records for operating HPLC and solvents consumption for HPLC.
- Calibration of glass ware and its documentation.
Eligibility: B.Sc Biochemistry/ Microbiology
Experience: 3-6 years
