National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences is a multidisciplinary Institute for patient care and academic pursuit in the frontier area of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences. NIMHANS is conducting a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on 15-10-2014 at 11-00AM to fill the post of “TECHNICAL OFFICER” on adhoc basis for the NACO funded Programme/ Activity entitled “Early Infant Diagnosis of HIV by DNA PCR” under Dr.Anita Desai, Addl. Professor & Officer-in-charge, NRL/ICTC/EID, Dept of Neurovirology, NIMHANS. The desirous candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below are advised to appear straight away before the Interview Board at the venue & time mentioned below

- Desired Profile : Masters degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology
- Preferred : Two to Three years hands on experience in diagnostic laboratory (Microbiology/ Virology/ molecular biology)
- Age : 30 years (strictly)
- Emoluments : Rs.24,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Tenure of appointment : Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year and same will be renewed yearly depending upon the performance of the candidate
