Anand Agricultural University (AAU) was established this year at Anand with the support of the Government of Gujarat ,Act No.(Guj 5 of 2004) dated April 29,2004. Caved out of the erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU), the dream institution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. K.M.Munshi, the AAU was set up to provide support to the farming community in three facets namely education, research and extension activities in Agriculture, Horticulture Engineering, product Processing and Home Science

The following posts are to be filled up in project mentioned below at Department of Animal Biotechnology, Anand Agricultural University

• Project title : Development of recombinant poultry vaccine with HVT as backbone
• Position : SRF
• No of Post : Two
• Desired Profile : M.Sc Biotech/Micro/Biochem/any other discipline of Life Science
• Emoluments : Rs 18000 + HRA
• Age : 35 years for male and 40 years for female

• Project title : Controlling enteric pathogens of Poultry:Host-microbiota interaction, risk assessment and effective management interventions
• Position : RA
• No of Post : One
• Desired Profile : M.Sc Biotech/Micro/Biochem/any other discipline of Life Science with minimum 2 years of experience/PhD biotech/micro/biochem or any other discipline of Life Science
• Emoluments : Rs 23000 + HRA for 1st year and Rs 23000/- pm + HRA for 2nd year and Rs 24000/- + HRA for 3rd year
• Age : 40 years for male and 45 years for female

• Project title : Metagenomic analysis of ruminal microbes
• Position : RA
• No of Post : Two
• Desired Profile : M.Sc Biotech/Micro/Biochem/any other discipline of Life Science with minimum 2 years of experience/PhD biotech/micro/biochem or any other discipline of Life Science

• Emoluments : Rs 23000 + HRA for Master degree holder and Rs 24000 + HRA for PhD degree holder
• Age : 40 years for male and 45 years for female
