Vacancy notification for SRF post at CIPHET, Ludhiana

The Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET) was established on 29 December 1989 at the PAU Campus, Ludhiana, Punjab, India as a nodal institute to undertake lead researches in the area of the post-harvest engineering and technology appropriate to agricultural production catchment and agro-industries. 

Applications are invited for making the panels for the appointment to the posts of one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to be filled immediately under SERB (DST) funded project at ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET), ICAR, Ludhiana, Punjab. The appointments will be purely temporary under contractual and co-terminus basis, following the prescribed procedure for six months or till the completion date of the project. The appointments may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof.

• Desired Profile : Ph.D./ M. Tech/ Food Process Engineering/ Post– Harvest Engineering & Technology /Agricultural Process Engineering / Food Processing Engineering/ Dairy & Food Engineering / Agricultural Engineering or equivalent or Ph.D./ M. Sc. in Nano Science and technology/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Bio Chemistry/ Food Microbiology or equivalent.
• Remuneration : Rs. 18000+ 20% HRA per month consolidated
• Age limit : As Per SERB (DST)/ ICAR rules
