Job Description:
The objective of this position is to partner with product development and SMP teams to support microbiological robustness during product design, support and drive microbiological laboratory compliance, and to support Microbiology related product claims. Position demands collaboration with internal functions and external laboratories.
Key Deliverables of this role:
- Plan, schedule and coordinate microbiological testing activities as per requirement from sample receipt to result reporting, meeting the turnaround time
- Conduct other supportive testing e.g Env count, media growth support, culture maintenance etc
- Efficient management of workload, equipment and other laboratory tools
- Prepare accurate technical documentation/reports
- Prepare new SOP’s, revise current SOP’s and implement compliance to meet corporate / regulatory requirements.
- Perform new product microbiological risk & RM risk assessment.
- Prepare technical justification.
- Must have functional competencies
- Technical expertise related to Microbiological techniques, stability study assessment and research technologies
- Excellent knowledge of GMP’s, GLP’s, quality systems, SOP’s, as appropriate
- Technical skills related to data review, interpretation of data and accurate documentation of laboratory investigations, NC and CAPA
- Ability to prioritize work

Qualification:
Experience: 5 years to 8 years
Education: Minimum MSc Microbiology,
