Job Title : Research Associate
Project : CEFIPRA funded project entitled “Studying the role of rpoN, the alternative sigma factor in the pathogenicity of Ralstonia Solanacearum, the causal agent of bacterial wilt in plants” under the Principal Investigator Dr. Suvendra Kumar Ray (suven@tezu.ernet.in), Department of molecular biology& Biotechnology, Tezpur University.
Educational Qualification : Candidates having Ph.D. degree in Life Science Areas (Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology etc.) alongwith working experience with Ralstonia solanacearum will be preferred.
Remuneration: Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees thirty six thousand) only + 10% HRA per month.
Age: Candidate should be below 40 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically challenged.
Duration: One year or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
