How to Apply :
- Before you proceed to register your application for admission in Gautam Buddha University you must ensure that you have read the brochure about the eligibility criteria for each programme.
- You should fill your correct personal and academic details like Name, DOB, Address, Moblie No., test centres and programme code.
- For Programme code please refer to Section 3.1,3.2 & 3.3 in brochure. You are advised to be extremelly careful to fill the programme code otherwise this may lead to rejection of application form.
- Before final submission of online Application form, read the declaration carefully and give your consent on it. You are required to upload a recently taken scanned colour photograph and signature in JPG format. Photograph preferably taken on or after 01-Jan-2016 only have to be uploaded (preferable width 350px and height 400px) and size less than 300 KB. Signature size should be less than 300 KB(preferable width 400px and height 100px). The maximum file size for Photo and Signature is 300 KB, failing which you will not be able to complete your application.
- After successful filling of Online Application Form, a Confirmation Page will be generated for the candidate bearing the entire information as filled along with a Unique Application Form Number which the candidate can use in future correspondence.
- Application fee(Rs.1200 for General/OBC and Rs.600 for SC/ST Candidate/programme) payment can be made through Demand Draft, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking.
- If application fee payment mode is Demand Draft then candidate is required to take a printout of registration form and sign it (View Sample Form) before sending it to The Chairperson (Admission Committee), Admission Office, Gautam Buddha University, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, UP-201312 latest by 5th April 2016 for B.Tech-M.Tech/MBA, BA LLB, BBA-MBA, M.Plan/M.Tech/MDRA/M.Phil (Clinical Psychology), MBA & Ph.D.; and by 16th July 2016 for MA/MSW/MPPG/M.Phil (Buddhist)/(BA-MA Buddhist Studies & Civilization) & B.Arch along with the Demand Draft and required certificate/documents.
- In Case of Offline payment the Demand Draft(DD) should be in favour of "Gautam Buddha University " payble at Delhi, Noida & Greater Noida.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Last date of receiving completed application form for Undergraduates, Post Graduates, Doctoral and other Professional Programmes (GPTU/GPT/GPTR): 31st March 2016
- Last date of receiving completed application form for B.Sc., B.Voc. (Food Processing), B.Arch/MA/MSW/M.Sc. and B.A.(Hons.)-MA/M.Phil (Buddhist Studies & Civilization) :11th July 2016
- Date of Written Examination for all concerned Programmes: 24 th April 2016
- The hard copy of completed application form for GPTU/GPT/GPTR and rest of the other programmes should reach on the address given below by : 5th April, 2016 and 16th July, 2016 respectively.
