Job Description
- Online monitoring of the product quality in primary, secondary and Loading section.
- Preparation of the reports.
- Cross verification of the online parameters.
- Monitoring the hygiene of the plant & rectifying the same when went wrong.
- Monitoring the freezing of the product.
- Cross checking of the product, records and readings
- Product flow monitoring.
- Personal hygiene enforcement in labours and training to them.
- Pre operational checks before production.
- Chiller balance monitoring
Desired Profile :
- M.Sc in Microbiology with minimum one year of relevant experience
- Candidates with prior experience in food processing industry will be give preference
- B.Sc in Microbiology with minimum 2 years of relevant experience can also apply
