Job Title : Field Service Engineer
Job Description:
First works on technical support assignments with clearly defined objectives, performs routine technical support duties through online tool / telephone using prescribed procedures and solves technical support problems which are limited in scope and complexity. This round hiring’s are aligned with in CSO employee evaluation process that basically employee belongs to Tier 2.
After gaining experience, you will be progressed and moved to Field Service Engineers.
Qualifications:
- Majors in Chemistry/ Life Science/ Biology/Chemical engineering/Microbiology are highly required for this job.
- SAP ECC/CRM skill is most preferred.
- To join this progressive and innovative team, the candidate will need to be educated to at least 4 years university degree level and have more than 2 years experiences in customer service field.
