Daily lab monitoring, Maintenance
of Media preparation record, Media stock record, growth promotion test (GPT) records and Media Discard
records etc.
Water sampling and analysis and validation
Bio load testing for equipments, packing
materials etc.
Non- routine analysis like Disinfectant efficacy tests, MPN Test, Total viable spore

Count for Biological indicators (Ampoule & strips) as well as analyzing the bio load of
Sampling
Accessories etc.
Ensuring the environmental conditions like temperature, humidity controls are available
to carry out analysis.
To ensure the disposal of media, cultures as per SOPs and followed SOP in Microbiology.

Analyses of samples, Reporting, Checking the reports, Records etc.
Providing support to Quality Manager
in the implementation of the Quality System
To ensure cGMP and GLP guidelines followed.
To maintain
data for documentation, test procedures and reprocess abnormalities.
To Monitor House keeping, safety
and self hygiene practices.
All other routine work instructed by your reporting authority.
