CSIR-CFTRI announces for recruitment of Project Assistant Level II | Eligible M.Sc candidates apply!

Central Food Technological Research Institute(CFTRI), Mysore (A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial research, New Delhi) came into existence during 1950 with the great vision of its founders, and a network of inspiring as well as dedicated scientists who had a fascination to pursue in-depth research and development in the areas of food science and technology. 

CSIR– Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru a constituent national laboratory of council of Scientific & Industrial Research Institute (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 1 (One) position of Project Assistant (LevelII) initially for a period of one year or till the project is over on a temporary contractual basis in the research project “Effect of maternal hypercholesterolemic diet on liver glycosaminoglycan metabolism of pre- and post-natal rats” (GAP 0486) at the Department of Molecular Nutrition, CSIR– CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka

Position : Project Assistant Level II

No of Post : One

Desired Profile : First class M.Sc in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biosciences/Food Science and Nutrition or equivalent degree with good academic records. Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE qualification

Preferred : Should be able to handle laboratory animals.

Emoluments : Rs.12,000/- per month (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) consolidated
