Experience: 4.5-6 Years
Job Description:
- As per the schedule given by the HOD planing and making arrangements for all work related activities.
- Identification and maintenance of raw material stock and procuring as per planning of the trails.
- Raw material dispensing and Preparation of medias/solutions for the allotted project.
- Should be able to handle and worked with GMO’s and sterile bio processing for various products.
- Co-ordination with other departmental in-charges for cross functional activities like: utilities,QC,etc.
- Handling of equipments like Bio safety cabinet,Incubators,fermentatio
n,centrifuge,microscope,ultra filtration system,lyophilizer.Along with this strong hands on exposure for the molecular biology techniques like SDS & estimations for the proteins/bio molecules. - Ability for design of various experiments for the project development and through knowledge on the scale-up activities for the process.
- capturing the data from the trails and compilation and trending the process and preparation of reports.
- Following GLP and GMP norms and preparation of documents like SOP’s and draft protocols preparation for the process.
- Carrying out any other assignments given by the HOD as per requirements and departmental discipline and confident.
- Should be able to ready to work for long working hours as per the requirement.
