Description
- Perform and manage laboratory investigations and nonconformance report to ensure that batches are released timely
- Oversee method validation, method transfer and equipment qualification
- Plan and manage training programs for new and existing staff
- Lead Root Cause Analyst and provide solution to the issues escalated from daily operation activity
- Lead and drive method, cost and workflow continuous improvement project
- Supervise all testing activities associated with batch release and environmental monitoring.
- Lead and supervise a group of laboratory analysts to provide prompt service to support production activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology / Biochemistry or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Microbiology laboratory testing
- Good understanding of the microbiological techniques and methods used. Knowledge of HACCP and practical application.
