Job description :
- Drafting of patent applications and filing the same at various jurisdictions according to the business needs.
- Coordinating with appointed firms and patent offices for the prosecution of patent applications.
- Timely responding to the office action by keeping track of timelines and maintaining electronic copy of files and dockets
- Management of complete IP portfolio for maintenance across all jurisdictions
- Searching patent databases and published non-patent literature and compilation of search reports.
- Patentability analysis of proposed invention on grounds of novelty and inventive features.
- Analysis of patent claims to prepare infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate statements.
- Identifying patent equivalents and status evaluation (global).
Eligibility : M.Sc in Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, Zoology
Experience : 2-5 Years
