Job Description:
- To control the laboratory activity with a proper control of departmental employees to assure that laboratory personnel duties are complained.
- Reviews all complaints received from consumers & customers with proper investigation & where emphasis should be placed at the plant to resolve specific quality problems and to prevent recurrence by driving QIP’s by coordinating with manufacturing team.
- Providing feedback on material quality to the local supply management team in connection with the purchase of raw/ packing materials and supplies.
- Develops, interprets, reviews and modifies quality programs, and standards to ensure effectiveness of quality levels.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulation and product quality standards issued by local regulatory agencies (FDA)).
- Maintains satisfaction as to quality through internal and external inspection services of raw/ pacakaging materials, finished goods, and production operation and processes.
- Conducts and supervises studies to determine cause, effect and corrective measures required to remedy deviations from desirable standards of quality.
- Responsible to update all specifications of all packaging and raw materials specifications.
- Reviews all customer specifications to ensure that all information are current and that all-new inspection and testing are incorporated or revised.
- Conduct periodic training sessions to keep quality control personnel informed on procedures, methods, use of equipment and other quality assurance techniques.
- Ensures documentation and maintenance of records, and other data related to product reliability.
- Train all plant employees in GMP's.
- Enforce the good manufacturing practices (GMP) during plant operations.
