Job Title: Executive Microbiology
Experience: 0 Years to 6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc, with specialization in Microbiology/Biochemistry/or Biotechnology
Job Description:
- Perform and document DS/DP related Microbiological activities activities including release/stability testing, method development/validation of BET, MLT, Sterility, AET etc.
- Transfer of knowledge of DS/DP studies for BET, MLT, Sterility, Bio burden , AET etc within different Hospira locations and other CMO identified.
- Work according to appropriate SOP’s, GLP and GMP.
- Calibration/ IQ and OQ of all Microbiology related equipements.
- Ability to work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Microbiology department of reputed pharmaceutical Company
- should have thorough knowledge in handling sophisticated Instruments like KTA , BIS , LAF , BIER vessel ,
- autoclave , LPBC , Microscope , Incubators , SAS air sampler , Sterility testing apparatus etc
- Knowledge on Method development
- Method validation
- Stability analysis of BET, MLT, Sterility, AET etc
- Strong knowledge of cGMP , GLP and GDP procedures etc.
- Thorough understanding of development activities and processes in pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and scientific/technical writing skills.
- Ability to work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams.
