Global Conference on Life Science& Biological Engineering (GLSBE 2016) will be held in Kyoto, Japan during March 29-31, 2016. The aim objective of GLSBE 2016 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world, to present their research results and development. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and experiences face to face. and to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
All the submitted papers in the proceedings will go through a peer reviewed by at least two reviewers drawn from the chairs of committees, depending on the subject matter of the paper. Initial reviewing is undertaken electronically. A joint committee meeting is held for the final paper selection, and a draft program for the conference.

Important Notice for VISA Application
- Please note GLSBE is not authorized to assist with VISA application other than providing the conference official invitation letter.
- If your application is denied, GLSBE cannot change the decision of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will GLSBE engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy of Japan on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
- Please look at the list of the countries that have the visa exemption agreement with Japan. If your country is included on the list, you usually do not need to apply for an entry visa to Japan.
- If your country is not included, you need to obtain a short-term stay visa (“tanki-shouyou visa” in Japanese) from the embassy of Japan in your country.
- Read carefully the Japanese visa guide provided by the ministry of foreign affairs. Please be informed that it is the embassy of Japan in your country that makes a decision on issuing a visa. Usually the procedure takes considerably long, so you need to begin the procedure as soon as possible.

Accepted and presented papers at the conference will be published by the GLSBE in the official CD of proceedings and a selection of papers (FULL PAPERS ONLY) will be considered for inclusion in the internationally reviewed Journals.
