Job Description:
- Media preparation,
- Media preparation, sterilization as per routine requirement.
- Sub-culturing and maintenance of master cultures and working cultures.
- Monitoring of temperature, pressure differential in various areas of Microbiology laboratory.
- Sampling and analysis of API as per specification & method of analysis for microbial examination and bacterial endotoxin test.
- Environment monitoring of classified areas in production department, Microbiology lab as per approved procedure and documentation thereof.
- Analytical method validation & method transfer activity of microbial methods
- Troubleshooting of Instruments/equipment in Microbiology laboratory
- To monitor the analysis of all the samples received in Microbiology laboratory
- Allocation of AR number after receipt of sample
- Communication with production department/external agencies.
- Requirement of regulatory compliance
- To monitor for release of finished product samples.
