Group Leader, Microbiology
In this role, you will supervise the performance of assigned laboratory personnel to meet production schedules and insure laboratory testing is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for adhering to the departmental KPI’s while leading others in continuous improvement activities. As a key member of the QC technical staff you will be involved in Global & Regional activities that improve the methods & technology used in microbial testing.
In this position you need to have:
- M.S. (with two years of industrial experience in a technical or leadership position) or PhD in Microbiology or related area with proven leadership and technical abilities.
- Experience should demonstrate progressively increasing amounts of responsibility.
- Ability to network with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent motivator and team player
- Ability to communicate with the various levels of the organization.
- Must have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
