Over the 2 year programme you’ll undertake 3 rotations between 6 months to 1 year in our Global Industrial Operations department including 1 rotation abroad. Development comes through challenging job rotations supported by formal learning and coaching.
What will I learn?
Our 2-year global development programme is tailored to enable you to develop your knowledge and experience while broadening your global business perspectives. You will start with a one year rotation on the shop floor to be at the heart of our operations activities (Production or Quality Control) followed by two 6 months rotations respectively in Quality & Supply Chain Management.
Where can I work?
Our Manufacturing Operations & Quality Future Leaders Programme is based in the countries listed below. During the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to do 1 rotation abroad. Your landing position will be within your home country. As a truly global organisation, we offer the opportunity to gain international experience through the Programme and beyond.
What’s expected of me?
We will expect you to manage projects and prioritise a series of tasks effectively. You will research, source and analyse information and report your findings in order to identify and understand trends, insights and facts. You will need to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people at all levels of our organisation. You will also experience people management, with direct or indirect reports. Therefore while you have a self-motivated and proactive approach, you are a real team player who actively collaborates with others. You will need an analytical mind, a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to change and keep focused under pressure.
What do I need to succeed?
