Job Title: Executive Microbiologist
Qualification: B.sc/M.ScMicrobiology
Experience: 3-5 Years
Job Description:
- Micro sampling at different stages,
- Daily plating and plate observations,
- Supplying healthy yeast to brewing all the time
- Monitoring CIPs of brew-house vessels, Unitanks, yeast tanks, BBts, filtration system and bottle filling m/c as per schedule,
- Checking acid / caustic strength and maintaining as per CIPL standard
- Preparing the schedules for yeast propagation.
- Daily attending Monitoring Quality Target meeting with process and Packaging dept and giving necessary feedback on improvements
- Preparing microbiological quality data in hard and soft formats,
- Analyzing the trends and seek the necessary corrective action from respective dept.
- Navision entries
- Instrument calibration related to Microlab.
- Organise the daily taste testing sessions & report formation.
- Need to maintain & follow the standards as per ISO standards.
- Training to be conducted for operators & cross functional executives on micro contamination, Hygiene, GMP etc,.
- Hygiene audit to be conducted.
