Job Description:
- Responsible for optimize and run screening assays on various therapeutic targets.
- Responsible to setup, validate and run secondary screening assays for determining specificity of hits/ leads.
- Responsible for conducting mechanistic studies for lead molecule to determine the mode of their interaction with drug targets.
- Responsible for maintaining laboratory journals in the specified format and to prepare study reports.
- Assisting the Lab-In-charge in laboratory administration (procurement of material, AMCs, lab maintenance etc.)
- Responsible for presentation of data in Group/Dept. meetings, participation in journal clubs, attending scientific conferences
