Job Description:
- Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000-2005/2007, food safety and quality standards.
- Microbiological Analysis of foods.
- Chemical Analysis of foods.
- Implementing quality system/procedure in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure defect product.
- To conduct Quality checks of incoming materials. i.e, raw material and packaging material analysis.
- To handle and monitor receiving inspection.
- To provide feedback to suppliers and issue supplier corrective action request.
- Monitor in-process quality data and perform problem diagnosis and corrective action.
- Implementation of food safety Management system.
- Conducting internal Audits.
- Responsible for looking after the shelf life of the product. R&D for shelf life of any product.
- Identification of microorganisms & Sample analysis.
- To do checks on all food grade and storage temperatures.
