Job Title : Executive Quality Assurance
Job Description :
- Responsible for achieving Quality Assurance KPI's as per the business plan
- Responsible for GMP, Personnel hygiene, GHK and 5S in production lines
- Responsible for monitoring and recording quality parameters for Cream and Batter preparation as per the schedule.
- Responsible for monitoring and recording process quality parameters of baking machine (temperature, weight of empty stick, length of stick, dia of stick, total weight, no of spiral, appearance) as per frequency
- Responsible for monitoring and recording quality parameters for packing machine (vacuum test, immersion test, packaging condition, date code condition, legal requirements for primary packaging) as per frequency.
- Responsible for monitoring and recording quality parameters for packing area (quantity, secondary and tertiary packaging condition, legal requirements on secondary and tertiary packaging material, date code condition) as per frequency.
- Responsible for on job training of work men regarding market complaints, food safety, personal hygiene, GMP, equipment cleaning, legal requirements
- Responsible for Conducting Quality Audits on monthly basis.
- Responsible for conducting traceability exercise in case of market complaint or as and when required
- Responsible for validating Quality process in production line
- Responsible for corrective actions and preventive measure for market complaints
- Responsible for maintaining the up to date Quality records ,as per the document retention requirement
- Responsible for Implementation of any Quality systems in the plant
Eligiblity : B.sc/M.Sc Food Technology / Microbiology Candidates
Experience : 2-4 years
