Job Description:
- Establish team objectives & individual objectives in alignment to the overall program objectives.
- Achieve assigned team targets; demand generation of diagnostic tests and number of notifications facilitated
- Working with each member on a regular basis to ensure the physician engagement associate work-related activities are in accordance to the plan and code of conduct.
- Organize team meetings to review weekly and monthly targets and achievement of team and individual targets, plan activities to ensure target achievements, conduct product knowledge refreshers and share best practices.
- Recruitment and selection of executives to fill up vacancies and enhancing the teams performance through orientation, training, coaching, motivation, feedback mechanism and counseling.

Build and maintain rapport with key providers, lab partners and other program stakeholders.
