Indian Veterinary Research Institute or IVRI is located at Izzatnagar, Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh state. It is India's premier advanced research facility in the field of veterinary medicine and allied branches. The institute continues to play an important role in quality control and potency testing of immunobiologicals to various stakeholders with a good liaison with industry.
Walk in Interview has been fixed as per schedule given below for engagement of one SRF under ICAR funded CRP on Nanotechnology project entitled "Development and application of suitable nanomaterial based diganostics for quick and reliable diagnosis of important diseases of poultry and livestock" being operated at IVRI, Izatnagar.
Position : SRF
No of Post : 1
Stipend : Rs. 25000/- p.m. consolidated for first two years and Rs 28000/- pm for third year. HRA will be given as per rule
Desired Profile : Master's degree in any branch of Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
with 4/5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification
Preferred : Knowledge of nanomaterial based diagostics using virus/bacterial model
Age : Not more than 35 years of men and 40 years of women (Age relaxation for different categories as per GOI rules)
