Job Description :
- The person in this position will assist Scientist/Senior Scientist for development, validation and implementation of Assay systems for quantitative or qualitative analysis of biological molecules.These assays can include elisa for pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and immunogenicity assays, flow Cytometry based assays, surface plasmon resonance based assays and cell based assays
- Immediate responsibilities will include development and validation of assays adhering to strict guidelines as per regulatory requirements and should be able to handle project responsibility independently. Candidate should be well versed with transfer of assays, qualification/validation and implementation of the assays in clinical trials in accordance with current guidelines and industry standards for such assays
- Person will present data in a variety of team settings and will prepare technical documents, SOP, protocol, report etc
- This position involves working on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
- The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment. He/She should be interested and should have aptitude in learning new technologies and data analysis
- The candidate must be flexible, pay attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- This person will work collaboratively with colleagues and have strong work ethics to meet demanding timelines
