Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech- Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology / Biotechnology
Experience: 2-5 years
Job Description:
- Should have very good understanding of cloning and mutagenesis processes
- Perform de novo and sub cloning using various molecular biology techniques
- Document the data and generate reports
- Collaborate with other scientists from various functions to understand the reagent requirements
- Should have strong technical background in various molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, Gateway cloning system, RACE and mutagensis.
- Experience in the area of Cell Biology is desirable.
