Job Description:
- Candidate should be able to coordinate with external lawfirms for patent filing/prosecution.
- Sound IP knowledge for patentability aspects/infringement analysis for inventions/technology.
- Sound Knowledge of of USPTO, EPO, Indian Patent Office procedures and rules.
- Experience in Freedom to Operate searches for Biotech /Pharma processes and products
- Better understanding of worldwide patent laws and rules.
