Job Description:
- Manage team of patient care advisors for PAN India
- Review enrolling of new patients into the system by teams on a daily and weekly basis
- Review of patient query handling and creating/making response from new and commonly asked FAQ's
- Responsible for achieving set targets of patient enrolment and patient adherence for the assigned team
- Develop and execute short-term operational plans, systems and processes
