Qualification: M.ScMicrobiology / Life Science
Experience: 1-4 years
Job Description:
- Routine Microbiological Lab operation activities (preparation of media, culture maintenance, preparation of microbial culture suspension, work dilution, qualification of microbiological media and cultures, etc).
- Microbiological analysis of Water, Environmental Monitoring (Air, surface, personal) & compressed Air sampling, cleaning validation and microbial swab sampling for process.
- Microbiological analysis of pharmaceutical non-sterile / low bio-burden raw materials (API & excipients) and drug products for clinical release, registration stability , developmental studies received from different J&J sites.
- Development/ Validation of microbiological methods for drug product, excipients, drug substances.
- Life cycle management of Microbiology Laboratory equipment (Qualification, calibration and maintenance activities etc).
- Follow and execute as per approved work instructions, standard operating procedures and quality system documents.
