Qualification: B.sc/M.Sc Food technology / Microbiology
Experience: 1-2 years
Job Description:
- Possess good knowledge in quality assurance and quality control, in food production site,
- Interested in self scope management at the work place and manage the critical situations,
- Responsible for all the quality of products, process.
- Responsible for maintenance of GMP and GHP standards in the facility,
- Have good knowledge on HACCP,
- Responsible for documentation and maintenance,
- Capable of conducting internal audits,
- Capable of training aspect management
