Job Title: Microbiologist
Qualification: B.sc/M.ScMicrobiology
Experience: 0-3 years
Job Description:
- Performing microbiological analysis of food & water for various pathogens like Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mould Count, Coliforms, E.coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus etc as per various standard methods such as APHA, USFDA BAM, ISO etc.
- Review of raw data of microbiological tests performed by junior Microbiologists.
- Handling & maintenance of microbial cultures.
- Performing calibration of all Microbiology lab equipment.
- Training of trainee microbiologists on all microbiological analysis
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
