Job Description :
- Microbial enumeration test (MLT) for Raw material, In-process products, finished product and Stability products.
- Microbiological analysis of water and Compressed air monitoring.
- Environment monitoring by Settle Plate, Contact Plate, Air sampling. Media Preparation, Growth Promotion Test.
- Handling and maintenance of pure Cultures and prepare culture suspension,
- Sterility test.Bacterial endotoxin test,Trend preparation of Environment monitoring and water.
- Calibration of Instruments like, pH meter, Conductivity meter, TOC, Micropipette.
- Validation of Instruments like autoclave, Incubator and DHS. Bioburden test and swab sampling & analysis, Coliform test. Water system validation.
Experience : 2-6 yrs
