Job Title : Patient Care Advisor ( Dietician and Nutritionist)

Job Description :
- Responsible for enrolling patients into the patient support program.
- Counseling the patient on the program benefits on a regular basis. PCA may have to make visits to patient home, if patient consents for the same.
- Coordinate with hospitals / Physicians to organize screening and diagnoses camps in the assigned area.
- Counsel patients on availability of financing and assist the patient through the financing process. This would include collecting and forwarding documents, administering a paper based test and communicating the decision to the patient.
- PCA should follow-up with patients to ensure they re-purchase their medicines and also remind them about EMI payments if they are due.
- The PCA might be required to meet the physicians to detail about Wings of Life program and convince them to recommend patients for Wings of Life.
- Send patient details to HO in excel sheet
- Coordinate with HO and the Area Business manager of the client
- Receive feedback from TL and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basis.
Eligiblity : B.sc/ M.Sc biochemsirty/ Microbiology/ Life Science, B.pharma/ M.pharma
Expereince : 1-3 years
